Dedicated sessions for specific age groups and ability
Boxing is renowned for containing some of the best health and conditioning routines. We provide a dedicated class where the focus is on learning boxing technique, pad drills and footwork, without actual sparring. (That comes later in separate classes) This is a safe, fun environment offering the chance to learn all the tools of the “sweet science”. We cater to all levels, from the absolute novice to those who have potential experience from another Martial Art, ensuring that whatever the level, you will be able to enhance your fitness and technique.
