Barada Camp 2024

What is it?

Barada Camp is an elite training camp, which is based at the Olympic Centre up in Rogla, Slovenia. This camp provides a wide range of classes which vary from Taekwon-Do, different kickboxing styles and stretching. All classes are taught by world-class trainers from all around the world.

What makes Barada Camp unique is that your experience does not matter and you are in control of your own training - The camp is designed for you to choose which sessions you attend.

In addition to this, Barada camp is renowned for its social element during the camp. With a restaurant and bar located on site, after the days training there are opportunities to socialise with your peers and trainers. On the Saturday evening, there is a themed fancy dress party which everyone attends and gets involved in. This year the theme is: ‘Back to School’.

What is included?

The organisers have a camp package which includes the following:

• 3 days of training
• 2 nights in onsite bungalows or hotel
  • Includes all meals:
    • Friday 10^th – Dinner
    • Saturday 11^th – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
    • Sunday 12^th – Breakfast
  • Barada Camp 2024 T-shirt

Package fees:

Double Room - €300

Single Room - €325

N.B. – if you are looking to book a double room then please organise who you will be sharing this and declare upon registration.

Travel

As per the schedule above, the first class on Friday starts at 15:00. We suggest that when travelling you arrive by 11:00 on Friday 10^th, at your respective airport. This allows for transfers from the surrounding airports in sufficient time to attend the first session.

Upon departure, the camp sessions finish at 13:00 on the Sunday. We suggest that you organise an evening flight from your respective airport to allow for transfers from camp site.

These are the airports we suggest flying into are:

• Graz (GRZ)
• Zagreb (ZAG)
• Ljubljana (LJU)

Depending on which airport you decide on flying into, transfers can be organised by the camp organising committee. Upon booking if you provide us with your flight details, we can liaise with the Barada team to sort this for you ahead of the camp. Previously this has cost between €75-€100 per person, for pick up and drop off.

• 2 x ITF Doboks
• Full semi-contact sparring equipment
  • Gloves
  • Boots
  • Shins
  • Head guard
  • Mouth guard
• Boxing gloves (if you own)
• 2-3 training t-shirts per day
• Training shorts/ leggings
• Swimming (gym/sauna)
• Casual clothes
