2023/2024 Programme
The focus for the 2023-2024 Programme is preparation for the ITF World Cup in Argentina in October 2024.
We have identified national tournaments, international tournaments and international training camps will provide our competitors with the necessary level of competition and experience to perform at their best in Argentina.
This is not a mandatory list, and you may only be able to do a handful of events, but having all the details now, will give you the chance to make an informed decision and plan ahead.
We recognise that the training with us has to be managed alongside any other commitments, whether it be family, studies or work. Included below is a calendar of upcoming events. We will also be indicating a level of priority so that we can all plan accordingly.
As well as time, finance will also be a huge consideration, which is why in addition to training, the De Silva Taekwon-Do Association will also be starting fundraising initiatives to provide additional support for our Competitors.
Priorities
National Tournaments
You will need to go to the Nationals, our own tournament and at least one other tournament.
- National Championships
- The Warrior Open
- Any two other national championships
International Events
You need to have done at least one of the following listed in order of priority.
- Holland Cup
- Roma Open
- Sardinia
- Open Dutch
