On Sunday 29th June 2025, ITF Union are hosting their British Championships. Please see below some key information to consider:

This competition is open to all members of the Elite Development Program, or Master de Silva's competition squad. If you are unsure if you are eligible to participate in the competition, please contact the Admin Team at Office@deSilvaTKD.com.
Equipment
All De Silva students must wear the academy's tracksuit* (top & bottoms) upon arrival, and change into their White ITF Approved Taekwon-Do uniforms before competing. This needs to be either Top Ten or Mightyfist.
*If you don’t have please contact the office to check if we have any available and they will assist in organising. Please be mindful we do not hold these in stock, so please request in plenty of time.
All students must have their own complete set of Sparring equipment prior to registration.

- Headguard
- Semi-contact gloves
- Semi-contact boots
- Mouth guard
- Shin pads
- Groin guard (males)
Additional Information:
- It is never a guarantee that the organisers will provide food or refreshments to buy on site, therefore we recommend bringing your own sandwiches, snacks and water.
- We advise against bringing any food with any kind of sauce as it may leak and possibly stain your uniform.
