Master de Silva's Elite Team have been invited to the Holland Cup, which is hosted by Sabum Tim Kool in Delft, Holland. This competition is one of the best organised ITF Taekwon-Do tournaments, which is attended by many high level international athletes each year.
- Date: Saturday 30th May 2026
- Location: SPORTLAAN 1B, 2641 AZ PIJNACKER
- Entry Fee: White & Coloured Belts - £45, Black Belts - £55
The competition will be open to students over the age of 7, who are currently a part of Master de Silva's Elite Team.

The registration deadline for entries will be 5pm on Friday 15 May 2026.
Equipment
All De Silva students must wear the academy's tracksuit* (top & bottoms) upon arrival, and change into their White ITF Approved Taekwon-Do uniforms before competing.
*If you don’t have a tracksuit please contact the office to check if we have any available.
All students must have their own complete set of Sparring equipment prior to registration.
Equipment list:
- Headguard
- Semi-contact gloves
- Semi-contact boots
- Mouth guard
- Shin pads
- Groin guard (males)
Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation will need to be organised by participants separately, with all under 18s being accompanied by an adult to the tournament.
Many competitors either fly or drive to this competition.
To Fly: Fly into Amsterdam airport and then there are regular trains from Amsterdam Central to Delft.
Accommodation: Recommended hotels to book – Westcord Delft, Ibis Delft, Campanile Delft
Additional Information:
- It is never a guarantee that the organisers will provide food or refreshments to buy on site, therefore we recommend bringing your own sandwiches, snacks and water.
- We advise against bringing any food with any kind of sauce as it may leak and possibly stain your uniform.
- Spectator tickets are required for the event, and are priced at £5.
- Car park available on site.
