Competition Squad training sessions are designed to support students selected by Master Johann de Silva as they prepare for high-level competition. These sessions focus on performance, strategy, conditioning, and competition-specific skills that go beyond regular class training.

Attendance at Competition Squad sessions is strongly encouraged, as the content delivered forms a key part of competition preparation and overall athlete development.
