Warriors! Thank you to everyone who has registered to compete at The Warrior Open.
With over 500 competitors from the UK and around the world expected to compete on Saturday, the Warrior Open organising committee have released a provisional timetable for the day.
The timings are designed to allow you to arrive, settle in and warm up before you are called for your divisions. Every effort is being made to ensure that these timings are achieved, so you can plan your day around these.
The doors will open from 8.00am. Below are the times that you are expected to be actively participating in the competition. If you would like to come early/stay late to support your fellow Warriors, please feel free to do so.

|Cadets – White & Coloured Belts||7-13 Years||08:00 – 13:00|

If you are late, and you miss your division, we will be unable to enter you for another division and a refund will not be provided.
Tournament Registration – Weigh-in and Height Checks.
As you know the registration for the De Silva Taekwon-do students is being conducted in class at all the academies Wembley, Ruislip and Ealing and will continue until Thursday 10 March.
If for any reason you miss the lesson and miss the registration you will have to make sure that you go on another day to one of our academies (If this is not possible contact the office before 2pm Thursday 10 March for assistance).
Spectators will also need a wristband so if they wish they can buy this in advance which means on Saturday morning their queuing time will be limited because there will be a separate entrance for competitors whose details have been checked already and spectators who have already booked their passes.
Equipment & Clothing
As per our club rules. De Silva Taekwon-Do students will only be allowed to compete in True Warrior, approved Doboks (uniforms) and sparring equipment, as well as a Top Ten Head Guard.
Naturally, we would love to have you all wearing our club tracksuit on the day of the tournament but unfortunately we won’t be receiving the tracksuits in time.
De Silva competitors who have a tracksuit must wear the academy’s tracksuit (top & bottoms) upon arrival, and change into their white uniforms before competing.
This is a separate building, which is accessed via the car park, not the main Leisure Centre.
There will be a refreshments stall at the venue where you can buy sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
There is plenty of space in the car park, but with so many attendees, please make sure you allow enough time so you are not in a rush.
The first 3 hours of parking is free, but you will still need to get a ticket from the machine. Should you be staying longer you can top-up via the PayByPhone App.
