Power Breaking Masterclass with Wesley Filiki

We are excited to announce that we will be welcoming 3 x World Power Breaking Champion, Wesley “The Hulk” Filiki to London for an EXCLUSIVE MASTERCLASS at the Brunel University Sports Centre.

Power breaking is one of the four, core disciplines for World and European Championships, and is a core element of training for your Black Belt. Mr Filiki is regarded as one of the greatest breakers of all time. Having won 3 consecutive World titles, he was the undisputed King of Power for 9 years. 

The seminar covers the core principles of breaking understanding of how to train for it, something that’s important for students of all ages and grades. 

The Red and Black Belt session will also cover Competition Breaking and Preparation where he shared the very formula he used to become no 1 in the World.

There will be two sessions:

1. White & Colour Belts (White, Yellow, Green & Blue Belts); and
2. Red & Black Belts

Each session is limited to just 20 participants.
